An Agreement on Terms and Conditions
You have indicated a desire to acquire a name in the .EWE Registry.
Please read this agreement in its totality.
You should not give your consent to this agreement if there is any part that you do not fully understand.
1. LIMITED USABILITY OF NAMES IN .EWE
The .EWE registry is not visible in all domain name roots. Thus, its usability on the internet is limited. (This is not a choice of .EWE but rather a result of the of the policies of ICANN designed to restrict the deployment of top level domains.)
Users of .EWE names should understand that most users of the internet will not be able to resolve names in .EWE; web pages in .EWE may be unreachable, and email to .EWE names may be undeliverable.
Those who use .EWE should consider themselves as pioneers who use .EWE names for exploration of what is possible and should not yet try to use .EWE names as replacements for names in the "legacy" top level domains.
2. EXPERIMENTAL, UNSTABLE, AND UNRELIABLE - YOUR REGISTRATION MAY VANISH
The .EWE Registry is experimental. No money will be charged for acquisition or management of names in .EWE while it is in experimental status.
However, because .EWE is experimental it should be considered unstable and unreliable the database will sometimes fail or be erased. While .EWE is operating as an experimental registry, registrations in .EWE may vanish and may subsequently be acquired by someone else.
As an experimental service, the .EWE Registry can not, and does not, undertake or assume any responsibility for failures, service outages, data errors, or loss of data and registrations.
